A fresh look for Lakeland Verandahs for franchise launch

Prior to the launch of its new franchise network, UPVC decking and fencing specialists,Lakeland Verandahs, decided to undergo its first brand refresh for several years.

Lakeland Verandahs undergo its first brand refresh

The investment in a brand refresh was made for a number of reasons.

Lakeland Verandahs has enjoyed incredible and sustained growth over the past few years, and its management team believed it was time that the company image evolved to reflect this.

There was widespread agreement that the old branding had an outdated look and didn’t fit with Lakeland’s current persona.

By polishing up the brand, there was also an opportunity to establish new recognition of Lakeland within the residential and commercial decking and fencing markets.

It hasn’t been a total reset and drastic overhaul of Lakeland’s previous visual identity, more of a slight reinvention of the old company logo to modernise it.

The project was managed by its creative partners, DigitalKOG, whose designers developed and presented a series of possible new branding concepts.

Lakeland views the selected new branding as a greater visual representation of where they stand right now, with it rolled out to coincide with the unveiling of the Franchise Network.

It has been incorporated into Lakeland’s residential and franchise sites, van fleet, pull up banners, social ads and full suite of marketing literature, including their brand-new 16-page full-colour franchise prospectus, which paints the picture of what life would be like as a Lakeland franchisee.
