Franchise Supermarket will delete all online profiles that have been inactive after a period of 24 months, the data retention period of 24 months will begin from the day you register your account with Franchise Supermarket and is automatically refreshed if they re-engage with Franchise Supermarket. 

Your basic details including your name, email address and telephone number will be sent via an encrypted email to your chosen third party company (franchisor) via email, once you have completed a registration form and have clicked on ‘submit request’ for further information. All data supplied to Franchise Supermarket will be held on a secure server. 

You can view all of the content on without providing personal information. However, if you do require additional information on a franchise listed on our site then personal information including your name, telephone number and email address will be requested. Your personal information that you do submit via our request form is then only shared with the franchise or franchises that you have chosen. Franchise Supermarket will not share, sell or transfer any of your personal data with any third party company for their promotional purposes, unless we receive authorisation from yourself.
