A great start to 2021 for My Window Cleaner - and plenty more to come

The My Window Cleaner business and our franchise network have got off to a flying start in 2021.

On the back of winning the British Franchise Association's Franchisor of the Year, in the Emerging Franchisor category, we have had much increased interest from prospective franchise partners. However, we have and will remain to take the long-term view of ensuring that there is a natural fit to the relationship, each other's goals are aligned, and the work ethic matches the opportunity.

The rest of the year is looking great too. We now have 17 My Window Cleaner franchise partners based around the UK. By using our custom-built software system, Gloria, we can monitor live data on each franchise territory and look at how each business compares to another. What is fascinating here is that the average customer spend, types of properties and customer demographic are very similar in all territories. This is reflective of our brand quality, training, service and customer experience. Remember, we are still the only professional window cleaning business that have been vetted and approved by the British Franchise Association: we meet their ethics, legal and financial standards and we are proud to promote ethical franchising.

As an example of a franchisee's business growth, we have a business that has already enjoyed a turnover of just under £30K, which only launched in July 2020. That's an average of £3,500 per month from a standing start and still growing! One of our processes is to help you build a reliable business model that suits your circumstances. Once agreed, we then upload this to Gloria, who then monitors your business performance against plan, in real time. As a business owner, you have all the information you need with just a few clicks of a button.
