ActionCOACH continues year of success with top 20 spot in the UK’s franchise elite list

ActionCOACH UK is proud to announce it has been ranked no.20 in the prestigious Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100), marking a significant milestone in its journey as one of the UK’s most successful and respected franchise brands.

Securing a Top 20 place in such a competitive and prestigious ranking is no small feat – and is a powerful endorsement of ActionCOACH’s continued leadership in the franchise industry, as well as its unwavering commitment to helping businesses grow and thrive across the country.

Now celebrating its ninth year, the EF100 remains one of the most respected rankings in the UK franchise industry – and ActionCOACH has remained in the Top 25 for this entire time. Judges evaluate hundreds of entries to identify the brands that are leading the way in business growth, franchisee support, innovation and community impact.

At ActionCOACH’s global conference, the UK team claimed four of the top six awards, including Master Licensee of the Year, remarkably for the 17th year in a row. The network also secured 5-star franchisee satisfaction from WorkBuzz for the 13th consecutive year – one of only four UK franchises to achieve this every year since 2013 – with franchise partners rating support, systems and peer collaboration well above the national average.

ActionCOACH clients are seeing results too. In the latest British client survey, 98% said they would recommend ActionCOACH, 96% reported a positive impact on their business and 89% said they had improved their work-life balance. The brand’s Net Promoter Score, a similar metric to Customer Satisfaction Score, outperforms global giants such as Apple and Amazon.
