We are incredibly proud to announce that Caroline Spiller, one of our outstanding franchisees, has been named a Finalist in the HSBC UK Multi-Unit category at the prestigious 2025 BFA HSBC British Franchise Awards.

Caroline operates Betterclean Services across Plymouth, Cornwall, Torbay, Exeter and Taunton, and her dedication, leadership, and business growth have earned her a spot among the top performers in UK franchising.

The British Franchise Association (BFA) Awards are considered the highest honours in the UK franchise sector. Now in their 36th year, the awards shine a spotlight on franchisees and franchisors who demonstrate exceptional standards, innovation, and ethical business practices.

Caroline’s recognition in the Multi-Unit category highlights her incredible ability to scale operations while maintaining excellence across multiple territories. Her commitment to service, her team, and the Betterclean brand make her a true standout in the network.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony in Telford on 6th November 2025, following the BFA’s annual conference.
