Bio-Rite Franchise confirmed as a British Franchise Association Provisional Member

Bio-Rite the leading infection control franchise has just been Confirmed as British Franchise Association (bfa) Provisional Member

Pip Wilkins, Chief Executive of the bfa commented on their confirmation:

“Membership of the British Franchise Association is only open to franchisors and professional advisors to the franchise industry that are able to satisfy our accreditation criteria successfully,”

“In joining the bfa, Bio-Rite has undertaken to develop their franchise network from the outset in accordance with the bfa’s strict set of criteria relating to best practice, operational procedures and franchisee support. This is an important and welcome first step towards their long-term commitment to ethical franchising.”

Alan Wright, Managing Director of Bio-Rite Ltd talks on their acceptance to the bfa;

“As a group, Bio-Rite has more than 40 years’ experience in infection control providing tailored services to the NHS, Local Authorities, care and nursing homes, The healthcare decontamination sector has seen rapid growth in recent years and we are now expanding by offering a select group of people the chance to become Bio-Rite franchisees. Becoming a bfa member is an important part of this process.

“Rigorous accreditation of our company’s history and standards were required and now we can prove we have our franchisees best interests at heart by agreeing to adhere to the bfa’s code of ethics in franchising,” explains Wright. “To demonstrate this, detailed preparation was needed over a period of time and all the documentation needed to meet the set standards has been completed. We are delighted to have been accepted as a provisional bfa member: as well as safe-guard for franchisees, it will also help us attract the best candidates to join our network.

“The challenge of infection control faced by the healthcare profession is only set to continue as staff struggle to cope with the increasing threat from common infections such as MRSA, C.Difficile or Norovirus,” continues Wright. “We are now looking forward to welcoming potential franchisees to help us expand our established decontamination services throughout the UK.”
