Bright & Beautiful franchise owner in the running for national award

Bright & Beautiful Franchise

Cleaning entrepreneur Sarah Reeves has been named as one of only three franchisees to be shortlisted for a national award which recognizes franchise owners going above and beyond for their customers.

Sarah owns the Buckinghamshire Bright & Beautiful franchise territory professional housekeeping franchise, which delivers eco-friendly cleaning, tidying, ironing and laundry services with the highest standards of security and service across the region. She is now one of only three franchisees shortlisted in the Customer Engagement category of the prestigious 2019 bfa HSBC Franchise Awards which celebrate the achievements of franchise owners across the country.

Bright & Beuatiful Franchisee

Sarah launched her professional housekeeping Bright & Beautiful franchise within the Aylesbury & The Chilterns franchise territory in 2012, having been made redundant twice during the recession.  A single mum of two, Sarah has grown her franchise business steadily since then to over 175 clients and employs 22 professional housekeepers, with five new jobs created this year alone.  Sarah also provides a unique service, working with Buckinghamshire council to deliver services that go far beyond the standard remit of housekeeping to some of the borough’s most vulnerable and often isolated residents.

Sarah said:

“I’m so honoured to be shortlisted in this category of the awards precisely because the service we deliver to all our customers is the most important part of our working day.  My team and I pride ourselves on always going the extra mile, from providing tailor-made services for our clients to partnering with estate agents to deliver their cleaning services, and it is incredible to receive recognition of our work from the UK’s leading franchising body.”

Pip Wilkins, CEO of the bfa said:

“Sarah’s commitment to her customers’ well-being is really exceptional. Ensuring everybody’s individual needs are catered for, she is filling a vital gap as she runs an excellent franchise.”

Andrew Brattesani:, Head of Franchising at HSBC, said

“Sarah goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are really looked after, especially those in vulnerable positions. She also ensures the cleaning service provided is tailored to the individual, so for instance anybody with respiratory issues will get a cleaning service that takes this into account.”

The bfa HSBC Franchise Awards will be announced on 27th June 2019.
