The company’s customer-facing brand, Not Just Travel, recently hosted its annual Platinum Conference aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Getaway, bringing together its highest-performing consultants, head office team and key trade partners (KTPs) for an immersive week focused on strategy, growth and celebration.
Running from 19–24 November, the event blended high-energy conference sessions with destination exploration across the Caribbean, alongside exclusive ship tours of Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas.
But the conference wasn’t just about learning. It was about seeing what’s possible if you follow the proven business model which has helped hundreds of people new to travel build a flexible, profitable company from scratch.
This year’s event included six franchisees who have earned more than £500,000 in commission and three who have surpassed the £1 million mark.
For newer consultants – including those in their first year of business – it offered a rare opportunity to connect, learn and be inspired by people who have already built extraordinary success – even though they had no former travel experience when they joined.
The cruise itinerary itself played a key role. Sailing from Miami, the Norwegian Getaway called at Cozumel and Norwegian Cruise Line’s private island, Great Stirrup Cay, allowing consultants to experience the destinations, the ships and the onboard product exactly as their clients do.
Between ports, the ship came alive with interactive workshops, panel discussions led by top-performing agents, one-to-one mentoring, mindset coaching and informal networking events – all designed to spark ideas, build confidence and strengthen collaboration.
Evenings brought time to relax, celebrate achievements and build relationships with peers and industry leaders in a truly unforgettable setting.
