Inleaf expands franchise network with new Thames Valley & Chilterns franchisee
Interior landscaping specialist Inleaf has announced the appointment of its newest franchisee, Rachael James-Hoskins, who will lead the business across the Thames Valley and The Chilterns territory.

The appointment marks another milestone in the growth of the Inleaf franchise network, as the business continues to expand its UK presence following the success of its existing franchise partners, who have been trading successfully for more than six years.
Founded in 2013 by Daniel and Charlotte Atherton, Inleaf designs, installs and maintains interior planting displays, living walls, artificial and preserved botanical installations and corporate Christmas displays for commercial clients throughout the UK.
Rachael joins the business with extensive experience in business-to-business sales and relationship management. Following completion of Inleaf's comprehensive training programme, she is now preparing to launch and grow the business across her territory.
"The training exceeded all my expectations. The support, knowledge and practical experience gave me the confidence to hit the ground running. What attracted me to Inleaf was the combination of running my own business while benefiting from an established brand, proven systems and ongoing support. I'm excited to begin building the business across my territory."

We've developed a franchise model that combines comprehensive training and ongoing support with a growing demand for workplace planting and biophilic design. We're confident Rachael will build a successful business in her territory."
“Rachael embraced every aspect of the training programme and has shown a real commitment to learning the business. It's been a pleasure supporting her through the onboarding process. One of the strengths of the Inleaf franchise is the collaborative culture between franchise partners. Rachael joins a network that actively shares knowledge, experience and best practice."
