Leading pizza franchise, Papa John’s, has announced its new Lancaster franchise territory Store has opened with record sales! Business partners and franchisees, Sukhbir Gill and Lakhwinder Singh (Lucky), joined the Papa John’s franchise network back in 2018 and run successful pizza franchise stores within the Skegness, Bebington, Warrington, Liverpool Wallaesy, Liverpool Allerton Road, St Helens and now Lancaster franchise territories.

“We chose Lancaster as it is a university town with a substantial student population. Our new store is located close to the student club house, with university accommodation above us too, so we are ready for plenty of walk-in trade once the students return from the holiday break.
“However, up until now, the sales we have experienced have been from local residents and families hungry to try our to- quality Papa John’s pizza made with only the finest ingredients for a better flavour. News of our: “BETTER INGREDIENTS. BETTER PIZZA.” concept has soon spread to the nearby town of Morecombe and we have had lots of calls! Therefore, we anticipate the news that we will start delivering to Morecombe as well as Lancaster very soon, will ‘go down well’ with customers in that region!
“The Lancaster store has been built using Papa John’s brand-new look which is really welcoming. The new format is tailored to each location using modern colours, key words and refreshed branding to make customers feel right at home while ordering and collecting their pizza. It’s certainly ‘cooked up’ a lot of interest locally so far!
“The past 18 months has seen us expand our portfolio of Papa John’s quickly. Initially, we opened five stores in the first five months! Previously we both worked at a rival pizza firm and our industry experience has certainly helped us grow but Papa John’s head office staff have been particularly supportive too. The whole team is hugely motivated, and they have been instrumental in helping us expand rapidly in a very short space of time.”
