He comments:

“The franchise business has grown steadily since launch and although progress in the first couple of years was slower than I would have liked, as we got it up and running, we’ve gradually increased the profit each year. We moved into a net profit in year three and nearly doubled that in year four. As we’ve already met the increased target we set ourselves for year five, we’re looking forward to continued growth as we go forward.”
