Ben Burcham - Sales Director

Ben has spent the past 9 years in Franchising after initially studying Business Studies at University. This included a module focused around franchising that involved a hands on real business consultancy project with a coffee house located within Sheffield City Centre and resulted in the report advising the client to look at the possibility of franchising his business nationwide. This would be the start of Ben’s franchising adventure that then led to him joining up with a well-known leading franchise consultancy and media firm where he was based for over 6 years. During these 9 years Ben has absorbed valuable information from across the franchise industry that has put him and his business partner Jamie Brown in good stead to start the popular franchise recruitment site ‘Franchise Supermarket’ back in 2015. Ben specialises in franchise recruitment, with helping both franchisors and potential franchisees

Lewis - Designer 

Lewis has many years' experience in design within the franchise industry. His innovative and quirky approach to design not only leaves the team impressed, but it ALWAYS provides the highest level of satisfaction to our clients. Lewis honed his skills as lead designer at a well known Franchise publication where he continuously enhanced the offering edition after edition. 

Lewis is in charge of publishing the printed Franchise Supermarket Directory (into our 4th Edition), Media packs, brochures, prospectuses for clients and all other material required by the team and clients

Liam Brown - Franchisee Lead Handler

Liam is the newest member of the team and brings ample enthusiasm and drive to help take the SuperMatch offering to the next level. Liam works alongside John on the SuperMatch team and is responsible for making initial contact with all prospective franchisees. Liam will initially call, email, send over prospectuses , advice on finance and will then arrange face to face meetings for John. 
Liam has become an integral part of the team and helps with the smooth filtration and eventual conversion process.
