More additions to the Driver Hire Franchise Support team

The Driver Hire Franchise isn't just focused around delivering unrivalled recruitment services for the transport and logistics sector, it's franchisees are pride themselves on supplying much needed services such as the Driver Certificate or Professional Competence (CPC) training and Driver Risk Management as well. 

Although these additional services do provide additional welcomed revenue streams for the franchisees, but it also provides the foundation for the franchisees to communicate with  clients and to enhance the existing customer relationship. 

It was therefore only natural for the Driver Hire Franchise Group to enhance it's Training and Driver Risk Management team with the addition of two new appointments in Diane Toft and Steve Dethick. 

Diane joins as Head of Service Delivery. In her new role she will oversee the delivery and support team for Driver CPC, DriveWise and dh Licence Check.  She will also support the recruiter’s nationwide network’s provision of training products and manage Driver Hire’s JAUPT (Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training) compliance.

Steve Dethick joins as Sales & Training Manager, a newly created role within Driver Hire’s Training and Driver Risk Management team. Steve will be working with clients new and old helping them to develop their Driver Risk Management programmes. He will conduct audits for compliance, driver profiling, create new course content and make recommendations for appropriate driver training solutions.
