More work awarded to The Kleaning Co Franchise group
We have some fantastic news to share with you all! The Kleaning Company franchise group has just been awarded Phase 2 at New Covent Garden Market by Vinci Construction where we will be required to be working at a height of 14 metres
In other news, Wembley Park is progressing well, Block 3B was handed over in February; Block 4 will be handing over this month, and finally Block 5 in April. It’s been an epic project with some 741 units over 4 blocks for McAleer & Rushe.
Work is also progressing well over at 3 Canalside, where we are cleaning 99 units again for McAleer & Rushe. Our Devons Road project for Galliford Try is also coming to an end in the coming weeks. This month we are beginning various exciting new projects, such as a new 180 bedroom Premier Inn in Milton Keynes; a student accommodation in Plymouth for EHA Group; and Phase 2 of the Upton Park redevelopment for Barratt Homes. This will be our first project with Barratt Homes, which seems fitting considering Barratts are the UK's largest house builder and are now working with the UK's number 1 after build cleaning contractor.
