Right at Home is awarded national 5* Employer status for second consecutive year

Leading UK homecare provider franchise group Right at Home has been awarded national 5* Employer status across its network of 60+ locally owned and operated franchisee offices. 

The franchise care business was named a 5* Employer for the second year running, following its annual employee engagement survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz. More than 1,200 CareGivers completed the anonymised survey across the Right at Home care franchise network. 

Right at Home is the most highly-rated national homecare franchise agency on the UK’s leading independent review site, homecare.co.uk. The company provides Clients with a wide range of services, delivered in the comfortable surroundings of their own home, from companionship and personal care through to meal preparation, running errands, specialist dementia care and full-time live-in care.  

 Right at Home UK CEO, Ken Deary, said:

In addition, almost 50% of the Right at Home offices that took part in the survey were awarded local 5* employer recognition, which is achieved by gaining an engagement score of 90 or above.
