The Travel Franchise celebrate company event with 200+ delegates

1 big company event, 2 days, 6 big announcements, 9 separate sessions, 16 corporate team members, 38 trade partners, 200+ delegates and of course one fantastic party!

We introduced the world to our new Head of Operations and Experience, new Head of Sales and new Head of Marketing. Brand Ambassador and double Olympic gold medalist Daley Thompson joined us on stage to talk about the traits of winners.

Add to this the launch of our next company ski trip to Aspen (our internal annual ski trip for fun) which looks like it will sell out in record time.

We announced a brand new tool to help ensure our Travel Consultants had lots of confidence when booking trips for clients, and then we went even further by unveiling the ‘Ultimate’ rewards programme…guaranteed to blow everyone away.

Of course we also added in training for our Travel Consultants to ensure they’re ready for a bumper period in travel.

The day wouldn’t have been complete without recognising the amazing work of our HQ team and the incredible sales of our Travel Consultants who have achieved various levels within the business.

To celebrate the day, we opened the bar, laid on dinner and the band played and we partied the night away.

For many, this was the first time in nearly two years where they got to meet suppliers face to face, and for the suppliers (trade partners) our franchisees were the first travel consultants they’ve met for a very long time. Another example of how we are leading the field.

The whole weekend was designed to show that just like with travel, done correctly, it is safe and easy to do.

One of the other great things about hosting these events is the opportunity to mix with other Travel Consultants, learn from each other, share ideas and gain confidence.

The energy (despite a few sore heads) was electric and every single person left buzzing and focused on growing their businesses.

What was even more exciting for us was seeing that, despite 100’s of people joining us, they still managed time to make bookings for customers during the breaks!
