The Travel Franchise jets over 60 consultants to Mauritius and Japan in October - for free
The Travel Franchise has flown over 70 of its consultants overseas in October, with mentorship retreats in both Mauritius and Japan – all included in the Elite franchise package.

Voted Best Lifestyle Franchise in the World 2025, the company has helped more than 740 people from all walks of life change careers and earn money booking holidays from home.
Its success lies in hands-on training, ongoing support and opportunities to experience destinations first-hand – giving franchisees the knowledge and confidence to sell them to clients.
Last week, 30 agents checked into luxury Beachcomber resorts in Mauritius, blending business workshops with experiences such as sailing the turquoise waters on a catamaran and mixing cocktails on the beach. This week, another 11 are combining five-star stays – including at the Royal Palm – with rounds of golf on championship courses. They are joined by co-founder Paul Harrison, who is sharing business advice and industry insights.
The packed annual programme of oversea retreats continues with a mentorship retreat in Japan later this week. Many agents say the trips are worth the franchise fee, thanks to the training, insider tips and networking opportunities that inspire them to grow their businesses.
The Travel Franchise also curates specialist trips to build expertise in niche markets such as cruise, one of the most profitable areas in travel. In December, consultants will join a Caribbean cruise, while earlier this year others travelled to Italy for a ski retreat.
For franchisee Ellie, a former teacher who joined in 2024, the retreats have been transformative.
“These trips always inspire and help take my business to the next level. I can honestly say joining this franchise has been the best career decision I’ve ever made! The Beachcomber hotels where we stayed in Mauritius are stunning properties, with first-class service and delicious food. I’m feeling refreshed, inspired and ready to take on the next chapter.”
Ellie, who enjoyed two free retreats as part of her £14,995 Elite franchise fee, also had the fee refunded after hitting the commission target in her first year – an incentive which is unique to The Travel Franchise.
