UK team leads the world again - and franchisees rate ActionCOACH UK higher than ever
ActionCOACH UK has swept three top honours at ActionCOACH’s 2026 global conference in Goa, India, extending the network’s remarkable run to 18 consecutive years of taking home a top global award.
The win lands alongside another milestone closer to home: independent research firm WorkBuzz has confirmed ActionCOACH UK’s 14th consecutive year of 5-star franchisee satisfaction - one of only two franchise brands to achieve this recognition every year since the survey began in 2013.
Another year, another set of titles
Managing Director of ActionCOACH UK, Julie Wagstaff, expressed her continued pride at the UK team’s impeccable consistency. For Julie, “18 years at the top isn’t down to one person – it’s our franchise partners and support teams putting in the work, year after year.
“Consistency on this scale never comes from complacency; it comes from always learning and always striving to improve our model.”
The awards were presented at the end of July at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where ActionCOACH UK picked up three major wins: Global Company Firm of the Year (Ian Christelow & Julie Wagstaff), Global Firm of the Year (Gary & Steve Mullins) and Global Premium Practice of the Year (Anu Khanna).
Franchisee satisfaction climbs to a new high
ActionCOACH UK’s success on the global stage has been matched by the results of the WorkBuzz Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Survey, which scored ActionCOACH UK’s overall franchise satisfaction at 84% - up from 78% in 2025.
WorkBuzz, an independent company who gather feedback from over 300 franchise brands for their annual Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, has placed ActionCOACH UK in an elite club of just two franchises receiving a 5-star rating every year since the survey’s inception.
This year’s results point to standout performance across training, support, culture and leadership:
- 98% of franchise partners believe ActionCOACH’s field support aids their operations
- 96% value the strength of peer support across the network
- 94% trust in ActionCOACH’s range of products and services
- 93% feel confident in ActionCOACH’s franchise system.
“What this shows is franchise partners already had high levels of confidence in ActionCOACH UK, but the brand continues to look for ways to improve,” said Sharon Weston, Head of Franchising at WorkBuzz. “To maintain this level is outstanding and a real signal to prospective franchise partners of what the network is like.”
