With lockdown and restrictions lifting over the last few months, things have started moving and changing within the business. Over the last quarter I have had to change my activity to work with the new enquiries and demands of the clients within the cleaning industry.

Organic enquiries have increased and to make sure I can catch any opportunities available I will contact the customer immediately. Promptness is always noticed and appreciated by the client. The web enquiries have become noticeably busier. I have in the last quarter been busy with new quotes and most of them have been accepted and some are still in the process of being considered. A very positive quarter indeed.

The key thing is communication and understanding what our client requirements are. When I go for a site survey I try to ask as many questions as I can to understand exactly what the client is looking for from my services. I always drop a leaflet about our 90 day microbial treatment with my business card to show the client that we do specialise in services that help to combat the issues of today. All the action is bringing results. The market is warming up and looking for services and I just need to be there when the demand arises.
