Clear Brew welcome its 73rd franchisee, Lee Waldron
We’re starting our twentieth year off with a bang here at Clear Brew by being proud to announce we’ve brought on our 73rd franchisee, Lee Waldron.

Lee will be covering Herfordshire, which includes areas such as Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye, Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye and Llandrindod Wells to name a few. For a full detailed list of the areas Lee is covering, click here to check out his region.
So, without further ado, let’s find out more about our newest Clear Brew franchise.
Coming from a 25-year long career in cryogenic engineering, Lee has an impressive repertoire starting as an apprentice and working up to workshop supervisor. Lee was prepping and designing liquid nitrogen, oxygen and CO2 tanks used in hospitals and institutions such as fast food chain restaurants as well as training up new techs and doing mobile installations, which of course included pubs!
As well as being a pro cryogenic engineer, Lee leads an amazing double life as a former British and UK Autograss Racing Champion.
As time went on, Lee became a husband and a father, buying his first house and changing his focus to needing to be around more to make time for his young family, it is at this point he decided to explore his options;
I've always dreamt of being self-employed, I've come from a family of business owners, my Dad's always been self-employed. I just wanted to try and find the right thing to become self-employed in so I could be confident in the work I did.
After doing his research and getting all his background information in check, Lee finally took the plunge and sent Clear Brew a submission form for becoming a franchisee, and the rest, as they say, is history. Lee’s priorities around family life were one of the biggest factors when choosing a company that aligned with his aspirations.
My first memory was the conversation I had with Ash, it was a really down to Earth one, it wasn't formal, which is what would have put me off, because coming from a formal job, if Clear Brew had come across that way I would have just put the phone down, but I came off the call thinking, yeah this sounds good.
Lee is now all trained up and ready to get out there, his aspirations for his franchise of the business are getting good customer relationships and earning a nice living, “it will be nice to earn what I was on before so I can have more flexibility and get that nice work life balance to spend more time on family life”
Lee’s goals and aspirations, alongside his extensive experience in management and installations, are already making him an exciting new franchise with Clear Brew and we can’t wait to see him flourish, and, of course, have time to win some more racing titles!
