How are you finding your experience as the owner of Sky High Window Cleaning?
Owning a Sky High Window cleaning franchise has been a great experience so far. The support from Paul and the team has been invaluable, and it's rewarding to see the business grow in just seven months. Every day brings new challenges, but also new opportunities.
What aspects of being a business owner do you find most fulfilling?
The most fulfilling part is having control over my own success. I enjoy building relationships with customers, seeing the business grow, and knowing that my hard work directly impacts its success. It's also great to provide services that genuinely make a difference for homeowners and businesses.
Which service do you take pleasure in the in delivering, and what makes it so special for you?
I really enjoy gutter cleaning because customers often don't realise how much debris has built up. Seeing their reaction when water flows freely again is satisfying, and its prevents costly damage to their properties.
And which is your favourite?
Pressure washing is my favourite! The instant transformation is so satisfying, whether it's a driveway, patio, or exterior wall, the before and after difference is always striking.
Are you satisfied with the marketing efforts and quality of leads we have been generating?
So far, I'm happy with the marketing efforts. The leads coming in are promising, and many turn into repeat customers. Of course, there's always room to refine the strategies, but Paul and the marketing team are always looking for improvements and refining the process to achieve maximum marketing efficiencies.
How many leads and inquiries roughly do you receive a month?
On average, I receive 40 leads per month. Some months are busier than others, but the trend is growing as brand awareness increases.
How would you describe the ongoing support you've received from Paul?
Paul's support has been excellent. He's always available for advice, whether it's about operations, marketing, or customer service. It's reassuring to know I have someone experienced backing me up.
What are you most excited about for 2025?
I'm excited to expand my customer base, increase recurring bookings and potentially grow the team. With more experience under my belt, I see 2025 as a year to really scale up and establish Sky High Window Cleaning as the go-to service in my area.
