Why Being a Franchise Partner for Concept Claim Solutions is the Best Decision I Ever Made
My name is Pasha, and I am a franchise partner for Concept Claim Solutions (South West Wales). I joined the company in March 2021, and I have to say it's the best decision I ever made. It has given me the time to spend with my children while they are young and the financial freedom to achieve the lifestyle I desire.
One of the things I love about being a part of the Concept Claim Solutions team is that you feel part of a team that is all aiming to achieve the same goals. You always have someone from head office to speak to and feel they are genuinely invested in helping you grow your business and give you the confidence to be able to manage any type of home insurance claim and the building works.
Last year, I volunteered as a mentor and offered guidance to new franchise partners. It's a fulfilling experience to be able to help others achieve success.
Recently, I was named Franchise Partner of the Quarter, and it was an incredible honour. The award was given to me for my dedication to the good of the entire brand and franchise network. I was recognised for my remarkable patience, outstanding results, and commitment to supporting my peers.
One of the things I am most proud of is the successful claims settlements I have managed. One claim I settled was for an 85-year-old woman whose insurer had initially refused to pay out. The claim was for damages caused by a leak in the roof, which had resulted in the ceiling collapsing. I managed to get the claim settled for £20,000, which brought the customer great joy and relief. In gratitude, the customer sent chocolates to me and my children.
Another successful claim I managed was where the insurer had made the customer an offer of £3,500, which was not enough to cover the repairs and I managed to achieve a £32,000 for the customer in the end.
Becoming a franchise partner for Concept Claim Solutions has been an incredible journey for me. It has enabled me to spend more time with my loved ones, achieve financial independence, inspire others, and make a real difference in people's lives.
