What our franchisees do?

As a Medical Educational franchisee, we will support you in national and local marketing. We will mentor you in engaging with local healthcare organisations and fulfilling their annual Continual Professional Development needs. 

In terms of training, you would have several options for how to run the franchise:

1. Provide medical education and training yourself. Many courses do not require medical knowledge, and most are leadership-based. Some are patient safety-based and do require some safety background. This can be discussed in the induction.
2. Employ freelancers or part-time trainers to deliver the courses, leaving you to concentrate on scaling the business.
3. Employ a medical trainer and leadership coach to deliver and create new courses, creating a passive income.

Earning potential with Med Ed franchise

Conservative 3-year projections based on £10,000 investment providing 1 masterclass per week in Year 1, 2/3 masterclasses per week in Year 2 and 3 masterclasses per week in Year 3.

Assumptions:

• These projections are based on the current Business model using 1 trainer. You are free to employ as many trainers as you wish.
• 10 delegates per masterclass (min 8, max 25)
• No increase in prices charged to clients
