Our Franchisee Successes

Franchisee for Hampshire East, Jackie Hudson invested in an ourHRpeople franchise in September 2020, in the middle of the C-19 pandemic, and within just six weeks she had recouped her franchise investment. In November 2020 she billed £16,414.

Unlike other franchises, ourHRpeople does not take a percentage of its franchisees’ earnings, only the modest monthly support fee. Every penny Jackie earns goes straight into her pocket, and she will always continue to benefit from the ourHRpeople brand and ongoing resources, training and business development support. Financial Information

We want you to be successful in the long-term – it’s in everyone’s interest and we will assist you all the way.

The ourHRpeople partnership license is exceptional value. It lasts for 5 years (and is renewable by agreement) and requires an initial investment of just £12,995 with a £495 per monthly support fee which starts at month 4.

We do not take a percentage of your revenue, and there is no cap on your earning ability. We would be delighted to provide full details of what our fees cover and the many benefits we offer. In addition, you will also need sufficient cashflow to cover your outgoings during the set-up phase. Many high-street banks assist with this aspect if required.
