Our Franchisee Successes
Franchisee for Hampshire East, Jackie Hudson invested in an Our HR People franchise in September 2020, in the middle of the C-19 pandemic, and within just six weeks she had recouped her franchise investment. In November 2020 she billed £16,414.
Unlike other franchises, Our HR People does not take a percentage of its franchisees’ earnings, only the modest monthly support fee. Every penny Jackie earns goes straight into her pocket, and she will always continue to benefit from the Our HR People brand and ongoing resources, training and business development support. She is in business for herself, but not by herself.
Jackie, a former HR Director used to commute for four hours a day, and now works from home. She uses that extra time for CPD, marketing, blogging, personal admin….. and downtime. Jackie says:

We want you to be successful in the long-term – it’s in everyone’s interest and we will assist you all the way.
The Our HR People partnership license is exceptional value. It lasts for 5 years (and is renewable by agreement) and requires an initial investment of just £12,995 with a £495 per monthly support fee which starts at month 4.
We do not take a percentage of your revenue, and there is no cap on your earning ability. We would be delighted to provide full details of what our fees cover and the many benefits we offer. In addition, you will also need sufficient cashflow to cover your outgoings during the set-up phase. Many high-street banks assist with this aspect if required, and a prospective franchisee has already been successful in obtaining a business loan.
