We are seeking a driven, hands-on franchisee for our new Potaé™ flagship store in London and beyond.

Potaé™ is a fast-growing quick-service concept with a unique focus on the versatile potato.

With 11 successful locations across the Benelux and 3 new openings this year, we are ready for the next growth phase, aiming for 25 locations by 2026.

About Potaé™: Our Story

The concept began in 2004 when our first location opened in Amsterdam. After building a successful following in the Netherlands, the concept was completely renewed and rebranded in 2020 as Potaé™.

Potaé™ is the brand that perfected the Kumpir—a large baked potato (Spud) loaded with a generous topping of fresh salads and vegetables. Healthy eating is at the heart of our brand: our food is fresh, homemade, and full of flavour.

Today, Potaé™ is growing rapidly, with successful QSR locations in major cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Antwerp. We are now looking for entrepreneurs across the UK (particularly in major cities) who share our vision for healthy, delicious food.


Our Ideal Franchisee Profile

We are looking for a hands-on entrepreneur who shares the energy and ambition to build a successful Potaé™ location and, in time, expand to multiple sites. You are more than just an investor; you are the driving force on the floor.

Your profile in short:

  • Operational Hospitality/QSR Experience: You have deep knowledge of daily operations in the hospitality or quick-service (QSR) industry. You are a leader who can manage, motivate, and train a team to ensure our high-quality standards.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: You are adept at managing KPIs such as revenue per hour and average transaction value, and you have a clear understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) statements. You make data-driven decisions to maximise profitability.
  • Commercial and Local Insight: You have a keen eye for commercial opportunities. You know how to capture the local market and actively build strong customer relationships.
