Since 2016, Sharky's Soccer School has been transforming children's football: making it fun, educational and inspirational for ages 2 to 12. Now we're growing, and we want you to grow with us.

With our franchisee's support we will continue to grow our philosophy with like minded people far and wide. Previous coaching experience can be very beneficial, however not essential. With the right skills, management and knowledge we know you can run your business in the best way possible.

Ultimately, we're looking for focused, business minded people-skilled leaders. You’ll have a passion for sport, children's activities and be ready for managing football coaching development sessions that are super fun and inspires all.

Limited hours in your week? We still have a place for you at Sharky’s Soccer School!

This is because even part time franchisees with limited time can get a £50,000+ revenue, for managing only 8-10 sessions on a weekly basis-that’s before even considering holiday football camps and other extras you can do!

Full time franchisees can of course increase income substantially with multiple venues, management and a dedicated focus on the hours invested to the sessions. The potential is huge!

The Franchisee

Most other franchises keep a set % fee in place with their franchisees. Our franchise % fee actually lowers as you grow- so the better you do, the more you earn and the less royalty % you pay on franchise support fees. We want you to grow and be rewarded.

We manage your payouts while you have total control. All bookings and payments are done through an excellent online management system.

Your start up pack with us includes all equipment necessary plus you get merchandise to earn money back from kit and accessory sales! You have our training/mentorship to suit the hours you work and guidance will continue from head office on a monthly basis in line with your business model to ensure you’re set up for success.

Third party bespoke training is offered where required for soft skills enhancement, understanding and motivation.

Flexible development options are regularly reviewed, whether that’s part time to full time or full time territory expansions. Personal development qualifications are also included.
