The Franchise opportunity is your chance to run a window and door repair business in your local area, under ‘The Window Doctor’ brand and using our proven systems.

Our established, system-focused business model has been delivering results since 1991; now its your turn to see the benefits.

Our sole focus is to help you succeed in business, in delivering outstanding customer service and completing the work to the highest quality workmanship each and every day. You will:

• Be granted an initial 5-year licence to operate under The Window Doctor Brand
• Have your van unfitted and fully kitted out with the required tools, stock, racking, and full livery
• Be given access to our systems, processes and suppliers
• Be allocated your own territory, with a minimum of 100,000 households as potential customers
• Be trained and given assistance to implement marketing strategies
• Learn how to convert leads in to paying customers
• Receive, as required, our support in the operational tasks and processes
• Be supported by a back-office who handle and schedule your inbound leads
• Be supplied by reliable suppliers and receive the best possible prices.

What Will Your Role Be As a Franchisee?

You will be acting as the owner-operator of The Window Doctor in your exclusive territory, so you are the one who is responsible for it. “The Buck Stops With You!”

As the service engineer, you will be required to:
Fully replicate our business model, marketing and selling all the services (to the public and to businesses) that are defined within our business system. These are:

• Window mechanisms repairs and replacements
• Door repairs, adjustments and servicing
• Lock and hardware replacements
• Glass unit replacements
• Maintenance (and preventative maintenance) services for both UPVC and aluminium systems
