Run Your Own Cleaning Business

As a franchisee, you are expected to lead the brand onto new clients and develop the area you are located in. Blue Jay will discuss your business plan with you and decide which way is best to maximise your income.

Initially, you will be expected to carry out the cleaning yourself and as your business grows you will then be able to move into a more managerial role and employing staff to carry out the cleans for you.

You will be expected to attend online update meetings as required, not invasive! Just a way to share ideas and things that have or haven't worked.

Earning potential is uncapped, it is down to the franchisee how how much work they put into the business. Alternatively, you can build on our experience and manage a team offering a large range of cleaning services. This year, Blue Jay Head Office has a target of £250k.
