About Signature Concierge Housekeeping

Launched in 2018, Signature Concierge Housekeeping came about from personal experience of owning a holiday home and being disappointed in the quality of cleaning provided by agents.

What services does Signature Concierge offer?

In addition to offering cleaning services, our company has expanded its offerings to include services such as towel and bed linen hire, a classic and a luxury range of welcome hampers, toiletries and preserves, and other optional extra touches.

We do offer, and franchisees would be expected to offer, an out of hours on call service. This is chargeable to the client, and adds an excellent service to your business.

Furthermore, we have formed partnerships with various service providers in the county, enabling us to provide maintenance services, gardening, decorating, as well as electrician and plumbing services.

Training and support

We will provide 3 full days training here in Cumbria. One day on Sales, one on cleaning and one on systems. 

We will provide the same 3 days in the clients area once they have set up. They will be immediately onboarded as a preferred supplier by one of the UK's major holiday letting agents from whom they will get free leads and we will supply leads from out advertising on Google and Social Media platforms.

Office support will also be available 9-5 Mon-Fri and any emergencies can dealt with by our out of hours staff.
