With clinics currently operating in Basingstoke (Two clinics), Sherfield-on-Loddon, Reigate, Caterham, and Winchester, we are enthusiastic about the future and the ongoing expansion of Target Therapies properties and franchisees throughout the UK.

If you are a non-clinical franchise partner, we will provide you with all the support, training and help you recruit your qualified therapist, so you can run and scale your business successfully.

What is Expected

Client Focus:

• Having aligned values with Target Therapies core values
• Desire to deliver a Target Therapies experience to clients
• Perform treatments (if applicable)
• Communicate efficiently with clients to increase loyalty and satisfaction

Business Focus:

• Oversee the operations of the clinic(s) in your region
• Develop, lead and manage a team of therapists to deliver high quality treatments
• Manage inventory, budgets, supplies and equipment
• Coordinate local marketing via social media, local events and networking
• Ensure clinic(s) represent and meet Target Therapies standards and expectations

Full onboarding will be carried out with training and ongoing support ensuring that you have the framework in place that you need to succeed.
